অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর তা প্রস্তুত প্রক্রিয়ায় যাবে। আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, কার্ড পেমেন্ট ইত্যাদি গ্রহণ করতে পারি। পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হয়, তবে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ট্রাফিক বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। ভুল ঠিকানা প্রদানের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
বাতিলকরণ নীতি অর্ডার
কনফার্ম হওয়ার ৫–১০ মিনিটের মধ্যে বাতিল করা যেতে পারে (যদি প্রস্তুত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু না হয়ে থাকে)। খাবার প্রস্তুত হয়ে গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
খাদ্যপণ্যের রিটার্ন নীতি
খাদ্যপণ্য হওয়ায় সাধারণত পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণ করা হয় না। তবে নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যতিক্রম প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে: ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ পণ্য নষ্ট বা দূষিত অবস্থায় প্রাপ্ত অর্ডারের সাথে মিল না থাকা এক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং প্রমাণ হিসেবে ছবি/ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয় যেসব ক্ষেত্রে
গ্রাহকের ভুল ঠিকানা প্রদান ডেলিভারির সময় গ্রাহক উপস্থিত না থাকা ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দের কারণে (স্বাদ পছন্দ না হওয়া ইত্যাদি)
